Welcome to the Saltman | Quarterly

The Saltman Quarterly is UCSD’s only student-run journal of undergraduate biology research. SQ is sponsored by the Division of Biological Sciences, and is published in print and online form once a year. The main purpose of Saltman Quarterly is to bring greater awareness to the research undergraduates are doing here on campus, while challenging students to develop skills that are important for science communication.

Saltman Quarterly is dedicated to the memory of educator and scientist, the late Dr. Paul D. Saltman.

The SQ Volume 9 Staff and Review Board application period is now closed.  Applications for Vol 10 staff will open at the end of Winter Quarter.
